The writing clips I've posted come from both the work I did while interning at Cushman/Amberg Communications as well as from my studies at Indiana University. I've tried to select samples which showcase a wide variety of my writing skills, from writing for the media, newspaper reporting, analytical pieces, as well as research papers.
I recently graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and a second concentration in Communication and Culture. Through my education and intern experience, I've developed a strong interest in public relations, specifically crisis communications and reputation management.
After graduation in May, I moved from my hometown of St. Louis, MO., to Chicago where I am currently working as an intern with a mid-sized public relations firm, Cushman/Amberg Communications.
